We are pleased to offer a used Hamilton Jam and Jelly concentration system, consisting of (2) 250 gallon steam jacked pre-mix kettles with agitation to pre-heat product to 120 to 130 degrees F prior to feeding into (2) a 250 gallon jacketed vacuum pans operating at 26 inches of vacuum with internal heating coils, including (2) L&A tube-in-tube condensers; product is discharged to (2) 250 gallon jacketed kettles with agitation to hold temperature prior to filling; approximate capacity of the system, depending on layout and product is estimated at 200 pounds per hour of finished product. This system utilized a 2-story gravity feed system to eliminate the need for pumps. The system should be re-designed to accommodate the intended installation. This is an older system that requires reconditioning prior to installation, however, our price of US $75,000 (F.O.B. our plant) is a small fraction of replacement cost.
